I attempted a playthrough of Pokemon Emerald using only TMs and HMs! To make things much more challenging, I added some rules:
1. Use level caps for major fights.
2. No items in battle.
3. Only catch 10 TOTAL Pokemon.
4. No broken Pokemon (e.g., Shedinja, Gyarados)
5. Play on Set Mode.
6. Team size must match opponent.
7. No using Surf in Battle.
(This is not a Nuzlocke, so Pokemon can faint and be used again.)
