Welcome back to Grand Theft Auto IV Pacifist%, where I try to be the least dangerous person in Liberty City.

Inspired by DarkViperAU, I wanted to attempt a pacifist % run of Grand Theft Auto IV. This challenge follows the same rules as his challenge, which are as follows:

Rules:
No personally ending anyone unless I must.
If I have to do so, I must do so with melee.
If I can't melee, I use my weakest weapon.
No armor unless I can't progress.
Mission must be completed without mods.
