Can you get fit in VR?

We got fat during COVID didn't we? And I'm sick of it. I'd like to try and challenge myself to lose weight using VR as my exercise tool. Please join me or support me on my attempted journey!
I'll be posting up weekly logs and fitness reviews on here and streaming some of the workouts on twitch.

You can add me on oculus if you'd like to join me IN the workout as well (as long as you are fine with appearing on stream). But you're also welcome to just come along and be supportive.

I'll be using apps like FitXR, beat saber, synth riders, VRworkout, thrill of the fight and a bunch of others - and open to recommendations as well.
