Follow the below steps:
1) You cannot log out of Oculus without erasing it
2) Sp press the Volume Down and Power buttons together on your headset
3) Now put on your headset
4) Use the Volume buttons to navigate to the Factory reset section
5) Press the power button to click Ok
6) It will ask you for a confirmation
7) Apply the changes and press Yes
8) This way, you can log out of Oculus by erasing it.
