Follow the below steps:
Press the Oculus button on your right Touch controller to open the universal menu. Pointing at the clock on the left side of the menu will cause the Quick Settings window to appear. The next action is to choose Wi-Fi, activate it, and then choose the network you want to join. After that, enter the password using the pop-up keyboard.
