BremSter solves "Dutch Flat Mates (159+even)" by GoodCity.
This Sudoku uses the Dutch Flats, 159 (column indexing) and Even Squares constraints.

📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• 5's live in Dutch Flats : All 5's in the grid must strictly have EITHER; a '1' directly above it AND/OR a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
• 159 : Digits in column 1 indicate the position of 1 in their respective row. Digits in column 5 indicate the position of 5 in their respective row. Digits in column 9 indicate the position of 9 in their respective row.
• Even : Digits in a square are even.
