Playthrough of Mental Omega 3.3.3 Epsilon Mission #20 Machinehead on Mental Difficulty.

Just in case if you have not noticed, THE PATCH IS OUT.

But now let's get started. This is the reason of 3.3.3 delay. And for a good reason - its well refined mission, with some annoying points. Let's go.

Hope you liked Ego Ergo Hax, because this is how you should play this map. Grab every single Nuwa with mind control. No exceptions. But first, repel the inital assaults at your forces, try to keep your vehicles alive. Then slowly push through Chinese outpost, while apying attention to couple of attacks that come after outpost sells out. Destroy the Hammer defenses using Magnetrons - but keep last one alive. Retreat all your forces but Duneriders and use them to take out last Hammer - then retreat. After short cinematic IMMEDIATELY SPREAD YOUR FORCES and retreat. You will be hit with EMP and wave of Chinese attacks begins. Try to hold them off. Use Viruses to remove the infantry from the field, then waypoint 4 of them to attack Nuwa Cannons. After shots proc, retreat behind and mind control them all. Congratulations, time for Ego Ergo Hax. Use Nuwas with support of Magnetrons and Repai stingers to push forward to Airfield area.

Missile silo will not help you here. Thankfully you have timer, so pay attention to it and move when you have enough time - after launch reposition all your forces. Another thing is to not carry your Mastermind with rest of vechicles - EMP will free your Nuwas and that may end badly.

At certain spot you will be given an objective of infiltration of power plant. To this task you will receive 2 Infiltrators, 2 Hijackers and 4 Initiates. Garrison Initiates and lure dogs from old soviet base to garrison. Then use Hijacker to take over the Nuwa and destroy the Misisle SIlo. Woosh, timer gone. Next step is manipulating dogs so you can easily infiltrate the power plants. You can try to man one of vehicles and take out the dogs or use Hijacker as bait while Infiltrators sneak through.

After that, you will receive another bunch of reinforcements from another side and route will open for your main force. Keep on pushing towards the airfields while deflecting the attacks. Connect both of your forces and remove Chinese presence from fields.

You will be given the funniest objective in history of MO after capturing the airfields. Consturction of 16 Foxtrots. Sounds like joke but its not. In meanwhile, you will have to protect your base from Chinese attacks - there wont be many waves, but each of them will be hard to repel. If you conserved most of your forces from start, you should have no issues. After last Foxtrot is constructed, sent them out against Centurion.

But Epsilon Misscalculated.

So pissed off Yuri is now sending Libra to the field. You will have only her to attack the entire compound, with small assist of ally troops. Hope you played enough Starcraft, because stutterstep is your friend. You will spend a lot of time kiting off enemy forces and you are provided thankfully a lot of health crates. Your target is Iron Curtain. After couple of waves bunhc of Terror Drones will be dropped - they are lethal to Libra so take them out from safe distance. After that, blow your way through outpost and destroy the curtain. Then use Foxtrots to remove Iron Dragons from elevations and start breaking your way to Centurion. Once close, barrier her and use deploy ability to flip Centurion. Cinematic will start playing - and mission will be completed.

That's gonna be a good 3.3.3 playthrough. I know it. We have a lot to go through + co-op mission revamp. Maybe i can get Martinoz to do them with me.
