The conyard auto deploys, once done get a power plant and ore refinery, once you have your basic building built then start getting AA-Guns built, as they para bomb and troop attack your base.

Once you have got your base defences sorted, then get a ear factory and get cranking out the medium tanks and a few chrono tanks. The mission is complete when all soviet units and structures have been destroyed.
