Tgis was actually my second game against him in a short time. He won first, cuz I couldn't break his units. So thus time, I decided to go 2 harvesters, even that I have no tech units. The reason was, to be able to spam units fast enough to kill his higher level units. And it somehow worked :)

Still hard as hell, but I won.
