1Getting regular Akuma or Rugal to challenge you for The True Final Battle trophy is honestly a pain because you have to make sure you don't do TOO good if you actually need their base forms to challenge you instead.
To have regular Akuma or Rugal challenge you, you have to do the following by the third match (so that M. Bison or Geese Howard challenges you):
π No time overs
π No more than 6 First Hits taken
π Don't get KO'd by more than 3 Super Combos
AND by the end of the 5th match do 4 of the following:
π Defeat M. Bison or Geese
π Have AT LEAST 1,000 GP (Groove Points) but DO NOT EXCEED 1,500 GP
π End at least 4 Rounds with a Super Combo KO (Level 1 or 2 Super) but make sure none are Dramatic KOs
π End at least 2 Rounds with a MAX Super Combo Finish in K Groove (Level 3 Super) but DO NOT get a Dramatic KO with them
I found him easiest to do all of this with in a solo entry Arcade Mode run set to 3 Rounds. You only gain meter in K-Groove by taking damage btw.
