Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001, known in Japan as Capcom vs. SNK 2: Millionaire Fighting 2001 (カプコン バーサス エス・エヌ・ケイ 2ツー ミリオネア ファイティング 2001ツーサウザンドワン) is the sequel to the fighting game Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000, and the sixth game SNK vs. Capcom series. This game was released on NAOMI hardware in the arcade. It was later released for the Sega Dreamcast (Japan only) PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 (as a PlayStation 2 Classics title in the PlayStation Network), with the Nintendo GameCube and Xbox receiving an updated version called Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO.

Capcom vs. SNK 2 combines characters and gameplay elements from various Capcom and SNK fighting games, mainly the Street Fighter and The King of Fighters series. Other elements, most noticeably different fighting styles, incorporated elements from other games as well, such as Street Fighter III, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and the Samurai Shodown series.

Capcom vs SNK 2: Mark of The Millenium (Millionaire Fighting en Japón) es el sexto crossover de juegos de lucha de Capcom, y el segundo con la compañía SNK-Playmore. Gráficamente es similar a su predecesor, los cambios llegaron en la mecánica de lucha y en la cantidad de personajes. Fue lanzado en el 2001 para la recreativa NAOMI, un año después para Sega Dreamcast y para PlayStation 2 y después para XBox de Microsoft y Nintendo GameCube .1​

El sistema de Grooves (Modos de lucha) fue reestructurado para elegir entre 6 modos de pelea distintos (tres de Capcom y tres de SNK) más un modo oculto que combina características de ambos lados (el Groove EX). Los Ratios dejaron de ser fijos para que el jugador elija los personajes que quiera. Los Ratios los asigna el jugador a la hora de elegir sus peleadores, en este caso los equipos pueden ser de 1 a 3 integrantes. A diferencia del CvS original, el cual tenía los mismos botones de ataque que los juegos de SNK, CvS2 tiene 6 botones de ataque, al estilo Street Fighter
