Perhaps I shouldn't place such things on the internet, but it is interesting to note that I've managed to borrow a capture device, and get it to work, right?

I still could use some extra cables and such to split things so, for example, I can send the video to a TV as well and get a larger view than the tiny preview window in Windows Movie Maker. Also, right now I don't get to hear the GCN's sound as it's going. Still, demonstrable progress has been made, and I've only wasted 15 or so of your seconds.

Well, the description probably more than doubled it, but... um... I have no justification for that.
