So this is Part 4 of me cycling and saving the planet but most of all testing out the Carrera Vengeance Ebike on Hi mode and it does upto 15.5mph speed which is good but I think the government should put it upto 20 to 30mph so it's inline with the cars on the road, but not needing a licence.
