We are really excited to see what we can do with this CNC - particularly when it comes to making products or as a tool to get really precise cuts/designs. When we first started making products, we did them all with a 3D printer, but having a Carvey opens up new possibilities (new materials! Wood and corian!). We think when used for small business purposes, machines like this can pay for themselves over time which is really cool.
This video isn't a comprehensive review, but already we are really liking this CNC. Especially because it's a desktop CNC... which is awesome since we are running out of space in the shop, and have to often bring machines inside. We also love that it comes pretty much ready to run. Set up is easy and and intuitive. So far - lots of thumbs ups!
