1. Open the app
2. Tap on "Settings" and then tap on "Privacy & Security"
3. Enter your password to get into Settings
4. Scroll down until you see a section labeled "Reset Password" with an option below it for "Pin Reset Code." Tap that option, enter your email address, and wait for the email to arrive in your inbox (it will take 30 minutes)
5. Follow the instructions in the email.
