Contestants, here's your round 1 challenge:
Review a food or beverage. The focus for this challenge is on description, details, and word choice. It's difficult to explain to someone who hasn't eaten something what it tastes like. Can you communicate your experience with the food to the viewer, without the viewer having to have tried it himself? Also remember to be critical-- don't give an overview, give us your likes and dislikes about what you ate.
The food must be something you specifically consume for this challenge, not something vague or generalized (so don't review "coffee" or "donuts"-- review the cup of coffee you drank or the donut you ate). We want to know where you got it, what brand it is, etc. You don't have to show the exact thing you ate or drink, but there must be some sort of visual componant so we can see what you're describing. Time limit: 3 minutes. Due date: November 1st.
