0Casting Light into the Shadows, a guided meditation with Gretchen Comer. As we enter what’s referred to as the “dark part” of the year which begins November 1st, we are affected by the lessening sunlight here in the northern hemisphere. We are our own lantern with which to see by on our life path, but sometimes we need the boost of ethereal light from the higher realms to set our lanterns ablaze so it can sustain us through the dark months. This meditation is about drawing down light into our beings and casting it into the darkest corners of ourselves to illuminate the shadowy parts that need attention and love.
