The game its-self runs really well with all settings on high...
The biggest problem I had was the input lag or cache using the keyboard. The longer you play the more your character will start moving around by himself. I don't mean attack combos because I use the mouse right/left click for that, its actual WSAD movements. Its very responsive at first, but eventually he will walk right in to the enemies path, into poison clouds or a corner of the map. This apparently is an issue for Windows as well.
