Accurate tile AND a pun? Perfect.

This, clearly, is tool-assisted. Although I'm sure I used more savestates to GET here than during the actual fight. Now then...

Level 5? Normally getting here at such low level is impossible. Completely, utterly, impossible. I skipped EVERY single enemy I could, taking damage if I needed to, and luck-manipulated the souls I have so that I only needed to kill one enemy to get them.

The souls? Well I got this idea when I was showing a fried this game and I sequence-broke the game pretty badly and ended up fighting Death at level 12. Those were the souls I happen to have during that fight, so I got them again.

Mystletain? It's in a secret room in the Clock Tower, try GameFAQs. It also grossly overpowered because I forgot to get it during the level 12 run, so I used Hrunting instead. I remembered this time and the fight was, get this, EASIER than the level 12 run, despite being 7 levels lower. Man, talk about overpowered. It's forgiven though, being my favorite weapon and all

Axe Armor? It's useful because of how it can also destroy the small scythes, and if you don't have the Giant Ghost
soul you WILL need some way to destroy them. Tiny Devil can also work, but I found Axe Armor to be more reliable.

Skeleton? It's actually a good soul during the second phase (which I forget for most part. Oops), despite being...you know, the Skeleton soul.

Bat? It MAY be useful if you're cornered by scythes, but I have Savestates.

Winged Skeleton? Well...no reason other than I can't NOT have it at any point.

Flying Armor? I need it to get here, for one. Other than that, it's simply useful

Undine? I know I can skip it, but I don't know how.

9 Potions? I decided to Save-state more.

As for where the Headhunter and Skeleton Blaze souls are? I like to sequence-break. There would be something very wrong with me if that wasn't the case and I still fight death well below 'underleveled'
