Shows the fastest possible setup I can get, with phase 1 resembling the Death fight with Grant, but trickier due to Sypha having a larger hitbox.
Also, for comparison, on the right is the setup with Trevor having holy water, which is made slower due to the fact that in a Sypha speedrun, you normally get to Death with Sypha already out, but switching to Trevor for the Death fight then back to Sypha requires you to do 2 character switches which take about 4.6 seconds each.
