Stage 1 Boss Strategy: Use the axe. Your whip will not be of great use to you.

Stage 2 Boss Strategy: Use the clock and whip. As soon as she becomes animated, freeze time, and wail on her with the whip. Repeat this process whenever time unfreezes.

Stage 3 Boss Strategy: WALL CHICKEN ALERT! Before the battle, break the block shown in the video for some health. Find that one sweet spot I was at and crouch while the battle is going on. Swing your whip over and over again, hit the Mummies, and that's that.
