Greetings Adventurers,

As a casual BDO player, I often struggle to enjoy the game despite all the hooks that keep me engaged. In this video I just wanted to share some candid thoughts I was having for a while now on the critical importance of focusing down objectives I set for myrself just to maintain interest, and my general disappointment on the long turnaround time for satisfaction from many different grinds. Specifically I was on a sea-fairing quest that required some island hopping out to Pirate (Kuit) island and returning with information to the original quest giver at Epheria Port.

Whether you are new or old to BDO, do you feel like the pacing of various progression loops keep you engaged? Is it clear to you what you should or should not be focusing on when you play? Is there anything you would changed to improve satisfaction per gaming session? Feel free to share as I'm curious about what really makes a good mmo for long term players and am keeping an eye on competitors such as the upcoming Throne and Liberty regarding these design matters.
