Casual, Top-down RPG - Let's Play: Privateers (No Commentary)
0Privateers is a casual top-down RPG that's really easy to get into and can be fun if you enjoy "pausable combat" (think Aarklash Legacy but less intense), crew management, and the constant drive to seek better gear ala dungeon crawler style.
If you're looking for a pirate-themed casual RPG with some crew management, Privateers is a pretty decent option. I love that I can pause the game during combat and strategize my crew according to the situation at hand whether it is by queuing up an action (can be skill use or movement).
However, due to the design of the game and perhaps the difficulty level, Privateers may feel a bit boring to some players over time. To put it simply, the game might not be everyone' cup of tea. Personally, if you do like what you've read/seen so far, I think the game's worth checking out at a discount.
