This is meant to be an advanced guide to what the WR run is doing. This video was made to help explain the finer points of the run, since there's too many topics for me to make 100 small videos on. If you're not really familiar with the run (don't have a sub 22 time), you probably shouldn't be trying to implement some of this stuff into your run, but to each there own.
