Fans of The Witcher are ecstatic, as CD Projekt Red has revealed not one, but three games in the upcoming new Witcher trilogy, codenamed Project Polaris, Canis Majoris, and Sirius, which is set to be released over a six-year period.

Project Polaris is the next story-driven open-world RPG, which is built on top of the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's legacy.

Project Canis Majoris is a single-player full-fledged Witcher game, it is set to be developed by an external studio within The Witcher universe.

And the developer of Molasses Flood is working on Project Sirius, which is set to have a multiplayer mode in addition to a single-player campaign mode within the Witcher universe.

CD Projekt Red has also announced 2 more games codenamed "Orion" for the next Cyberpunk game and "Hadar" for a third, entirely distinct IP.
