And you thought Tetris was old. Heiankyo Alien hails from a project at the University of Tokyo's Theoretical Science Group all the way back in 1979. That's, like, one louder than '78! Anyway. It's a maze-style arcade-style puzzle-style... alien-burying monstrosity that ended up on the Game Boy in America through reasons that are competely alien to most. Meldac was involved, though, and they published Zombie Nation over here, so I think the blame lies with them. Especially all that period art of aliens eating people.
