Bully: Scholarship Edition Review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Bully for the Xbox 360. Released on the 360 for the first time in 2008, this game was developed and published by Rockstar. It's been the subject of quite a bit of controversy, but that doesn't stop it from being a great open-world game with a good sense of humor.
