Straight from a manga I'm pretty certain you've never read, it's Panzou! Which is kind of a miracle, save for the part where Felicity, our UK-based donations guru (hot on Mohammed's heels), sent us this game. So it's Miracle! Panzou. (The exclamation point in the middle throws me off.) And it's... a combination of shooter and platformer, with way too much dialogue for either of those. With really, really weird-lookin' graphics. And fireballs on chains. (Alarmingly useful, that.)
