In order to get this armor upgraded you must be almost to the end of the game. You have to have access to the Raminas Tower.
When you exit the portal in North Shambala you will be in an area of Shambala that you must navigate using Sky Armors. There will be a ton of Sky Armor upgrades in this location of floating islands.
Head to the end where on the map it shows a 5. This is where the video starts to find the Dayajir frame.
In the Raminas Tower, you will find a lot of Sky Armor frames and upgrades. But once you exit the tower into the Ograne Grotto you can find a secret vendor.
This vendor will sell you Dayajir's Soul. Then head to Hooge and unlock the full potential of Dayajir FD.
