The Steam Forums had a post that got a bit off topic and ended up at one point having the claim that the Harbinger of Doom could be beaten at level 4 if it were possible to get to him at such a low level. So naturally, I decided to see how low of a level I could be and kill him. I used a mod to lower combat exp by 75% to keep it lower than normal, and skipped as much content as possible. So the only exp I had going into this was from main story line quest exp and the exploration exp needed to physically get to this area. Ifan's questline had given him a bit extra exp and bumped him to 6 while the rest of the party was at 5, so I went ahead and evened them all out to 6 to keep it consistent. But I'm sure if I had been more meticulous in the planning process, I could have kept him at 5 as well due to the -combat exp mod.
