1. No Patch.
2. No DblBeast.
3. Must have only red NCPs.
4. Must hack the HPs of all three enemies to 2000.

Circusman is tired of the 'agile Megaman' (In his opinion) running around and dodging most of his attacks, so he gets two DarkMech viruses to hold him in place. Megaman, unfortunately, had been using a folder that does not have his favorite chips and DblBeast chips, and his NaviCust is only filled with Red NCPs. And what's more, all of his enemies have 2000 HP... Including the DarkMechs. Will he win?
