iv. There are a few reasons why your Outlook password reset might not be working.

* **You may have entered the wrong email address.** Make sure that you have entered the correct email address when you requested a password reset.
* **The email may have been caught by your spam filter.** Check your spam folder to see if the email from Microsoft is there.
* **You may have exceeded the number of password reset attempts.** If you have tried to reset your password too many times, you will need to wait a few hours before trying again.
* **There may be a problem with your internet connection.** Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that your internet connection is working properly.

If you have tried all of these things and your Outlook password reset is still not working, you can contact Microsoft support for help.

Here are some additional tips to help you reset your Outlook password:

* **Make sure that you are using a strong password.** A strong password is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
* **Do not use the same password for multiple accounts.** If you use the same password for multiple accounts, and one of those accounts is compromised, your other accounts may also be compromised.
* **Change your password regularly.** It is a good idea to change your password every few months to help protect your account from unauthorized access.
