In this episode, I get things cruising along towards the final build of the island, but along the way I make a major change to the final vision and decide to revamp the entire layout. With my new ideas for how I want to island to look in the end, I decide to change everything as well as get rid of the entire road system and free wheels edict and to go with a new metro station set up which will allow for an easier time controlling the wages of the entire island.
