Even a Daemon Prince of Nurgle recoiled at her touch. Unable to manifest even a glimpse of psychic power thereafter. The protection she gained by absorbing the psychic energy of her fellow grey knights causing the daemon prince's strikes to be as effective as a fly swat against a Rhinoceros. The Culexus Assassins are terrifying. With her assistance, I sent Vakir along with a strike squad onto a dormant aeldari craftworld as we indulge in some xenos archaotech technoheresy, but it is permissible since we do it to achieve the end of weakening chaos.

We are coping rather well with fighting off dozens of nurgle death guard and daemons, even with more powerful variants arriving including our first death guard terminator, but eventually it proves too much. Yet miraculously Kaldor Draigo arrives to save the day and of course he does. The nurgle forces are slain, Vakir obtains valuable information she needs to further her investigation into the true nature of this bloom but unfortunately a side effect of all of this is apparently prematurely activating the germination of various different seeds of the bloom causing them to spread out all over the galaxy.

But with new threats come new opportunities...

Campaign rules are as follows:
Grandmaster mode on.
Ruthless difficulty.
Maximum of 2 of any grey knight class allowed in the barracks.
Try to avoid using 2 knights of the same class on a mission unless it would result in not having 4 knights/assassins.
