Chaotic & Fun Twin-Stick Shooter Roguelite | Cubed and Dangerous - Part 1
3Hello everyone! Here we are with a game that was released one year ago. This is Cubed and Dangerous, a top-down twin-stick shooter roguelite, where you choose one of seven characters to blast your way through hordes of enemies. This is not a bullet heaven roguelite, although it looks like one. You go from level to level, doing simple missions which usually consist on just destroy and collect and killing bosses. The game is a lot of fun, and weapons/equipments were fun to try. I would say that my main problem with the game is that I feel some classes don't have starting passives that will make you follow a particular line. For example, I think demolitionist should have a huge area boost, so you feel like going with explosives (I ended up going with it anyways); Gunslinger should have something that will make you go with pistols (right now it has something about combo, but every class can get that high combo), and so on. It might be too broken, but I really think they should have something more class-related right at the start.
I unlocked different levels and difficulties, so will definitely be trying that next time.
