Spoiler Alert - Character Creator 3 gives perfect results in minutes, while Blender depends on skill level and takes months for similar results.
However the learning process I went through with Blender was ESSENTIAL, and there's such a huge community to sift through for help, answers, and assistance that I think learning Blender is a must for any solo or indie dev.
With that knowledge base, and proper tools, you can achieve anything.
But the fact that CC3 primes you with flawless (or near flawless with touchups) texture pages, rigs, animations, etc etc and loads directly to Ue4 with the correct shaders for a digital human... If you're modelling a human being you'll save a LOT of time and increase your quality by using CC3.
