Check Point Research recently discovered several critical vulnerabilities in the commonly used Apache Guacamole gateway.

In an off-site work routine, this gateway controls the sessions of the vast majority of the workers in a given organizations, making it a prime target for attacks.
These vulnerabilities would allow a malicious actor to reverse the usual direction of communication and infect the gateway server when it tries to connect to a given infected machine within the network.
