As you can see in the video. This is a Capcom CPS2 board that suffered from internal battery leakage. The damage was extensive.
The board was cleaned using vinegar slightly diluted with water to remove the liquid sprayed from the battery and afterward, the entire board was washed using soap and water. Once the board was dried the repairs began.
