About the panelists
One of the most dynamic chefs in the industry, Jordan Andino began his foray into the culinary world at the young age of nine, learning under his father. Jordan was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to California where he pursued his culinary career, staging at Jean Georges, Spago, and The French Laundry. He impacted the NYC restaurant world with his Filipino Taqueria, Flip Sigi, which has been integral in helping him bring Filipino food to the American masses. Jordan has big aspirations when it comes to bringing Filipino food and culture to the forefront, and is on a quest to be the first chef to achieve a Michelin Star for Filipino food. His unrelenting energy and unbridled charisma has landed him multiple shows as a host, judge and guest chef on Food Network, Cooking Channel and HBOMax.
Born a first-generation Filipino-American in the rural suburbs of New Jersey, David Labuguen was instilled with a drive to succeed from an early age; a classically trained, multi-disciplinary artist with his sights set on a future in creative production first led him to Emerson College which would eventually take him into the world of advertising working on major campaigns for Bank of America, American Express and Al Jazeera. In the years following his departure from Emerson College, it was the call of his childhood friend Zachary Charles and college roommate Nathan Esquite (of whom the trio had previously dabbled in past collaboration) to develop something together for themselves…a modest idea for a band project that would end up taking the world by storm: A R I Z O N A. With over a billion worldwide streams and counting, A R I Z O N A has proven a true planetary phenomenon, creating worldwide waves with their ingenious brand of contemporary electronic dance pop.
