Chess (DOS, 1983) - Opening an undumped game! VIDEO
This version of Chess was developed by Philidor Software and published by Parker Brothers for both Atari 8 bit and for IBM PC. The Atari version has been in the wild for years, but the IBM version has never been properly dumped, as far as I know. (There is some kind of unofficial version floating around though.)
