Chevy Corvair Jet Powered Sand Rail at Pikes Peak DiRT Rally - Assetto Corsa
This Corvair I lifted and swapped the wheels and put a turbine engine in the back of it. This monster also produces 1086 horsepower and the tyres were all tuned specifically to act as if they are on sand and are full baja claws, so lots of slip but more forward grip as the wheel speed increases as the claws are pushing more and more sand backward. I've spent some time on this one, but there's lots to fix, like the suddenly-gone shine to the vehicle, in fact the previews have zero reflections and the car looks oddly darker and in some tracks more yellow, there's the animations for the suspension, doors, the wipers, boot and bonnet, I have to fix the headlights, the steering and shifting animations, lots of stuff to do before its ready for me to upload!
The extra models I used are all free on TurboSquid and CG Trader, I'll list what I can below:

The long whip antenna, right side mirror, bulged trunk lid and cut open rear bonnet were all me, so was altering the stock rims to fit the tyres and have enough open space to see the brake rotors, I split off the suspension and bent the split meshes to make strut suspension all around, I expanded the rear wheel wells and pulled out the fenders though I need to fix the upset body lines and odd right-edges there, I enlarged the exhausts and made pipe to route the intake and exhaust of the turboshaft engine, I modified the mesh of every single imported model to reduce exorbitant polygon count and downsized some textures so the car model didn't become inflated beyond 150 MB in size, and I created the extra headlights by cloning and modifying the original lights and smoothing out the conical back faces into a half-spherical shape before intersecting it with a bump on the front bumper that I had extruded into a bull-bar of sorts. I'm steadily getting better at Blender! Hooray! Oh yeah, and the Android Auto screen in the cockpit, I made another one, this one is actually way better than the one in the Jaguar XJR15.
Also, I modified the front tyres so instead of being smooth they have those multiple ribs that the front tyres of dune buggies have, these being three rib tyres, to better grab sand with when turning. I would've tried to turn the rear tyres, which are more rock bouncer than Baja claw I believe, into proper sand paddles, but that would be the work of maybe two hours doing individual treads at a time and merging them together and re-cloning the finished tyre over and re-parenting the object, and I'm not ready for that at all. Funny I say that given all the time I sank into molding the rear bonnet and the turbine intake and exhaust piping, I still don't know how to split a cylinder into a Y junction so for the exhaust I made a cube and split two cylinders off its edges before subdividing it a few times and merging vertices to the cylinders, and for the intake I used the knife tool to cut apart the side of a cylinder and merged vertices between it and another cylinder. It took me a bit of brain-work to figure out and I'm quite sure that is not the optimal way to do it. I did end up making the Corvair's old air-cooling vents into plausibly filtered intake vents, though!
