This is not the remastered version, or the old builds that we are all familiar with, like v2.50 or v2.60, it's actually v2.90 of the original CI2. Thanks to my buddy, matix524, I could play this game. It actually shows quite the shift from UveDX(7) to UveDX8, because it has a bunch of options.

Keep in mind this is still not the most recent version of the original CI2 that can be found. The latest version is actually v2.93, and the biggest change is the option of saving your mission, a capability of UveDX8, and it was the final stage before the remastered version came in. Honestly, I prefer the original versions, as they offer a lot more nostalgia. Sure, the graphics had to be on par with the rest of the games, but I feel like the game was already updated enough to just leave it like that, or maybe do a v2.95 or v2.96 and keep it up to somewhere close to v2.99. Either way, the game deserved a lot more attention and updates, but hey, you can't do it for everyone.
