5My go-to game when I’m stressed, Stacklands is a roguelite time- and resource management card game, where your primary concern is to keep your people fed, before setting out to complete quests and explore what secrets the game has in store for you by unlocking new types of “booster packs”. Or you can go for the pacifist route and play in Peaceful mode, where hostile creatures never spawn during your game.
In this Oldimus Plays series, I’m showcasing games that piqued my interest, or that I’ve already played and enjoyed.
Steam description: Stacklands is a village builder where you stack cards to collect food, build structures, and fight creatures. 🃏 For example, dragging a Villager card on top of a Berry Bush card will spawn Berry cards which the villagers can eat to survive. 🃏 Play your cards right and expand your village!
