A rather ambitious piece for me, I spent about three weeks working on this, trying to craft it to my liking. This piece features quite a variety of instruments: bouzouki, celtic harp, Kazakh dombra, violin, viola, cello, piano, percussion, and a few others.

Truthfully, I didn't have much of an image in mind as I was writing this, but after I was finished the color red kept entering my mind as I listened, and I imagined both the hardness of the stone, as well as the gleam of blood on the earth, so I named the piece "Ruby Soil".
