6At the start of the Chrono Cross and Another Eden Collab you're asked to choose if you want Harle or Kid to join your team. What if you choose NEITHER Kid or Harle? Once you finish the game twice and go to New Game + you can choose NOT to have Kid or Harle in your team. Here’s how it plays out - there are big differences!
What is Complex Dream? Is it a Chrono Cross / Chrono Trigger remake?
Is it finally here? Sort of. A world favourite JRPG Chrono Cross (and Chrono Trigger) meets my current favourite JRPG Another Eden in a cross over event called Complex Dream.
This is my New Game + play through. New Game + is unlocked once you finish the main story in Complex Dream once (on any difficulty).

About Kid (from Chrono.fandom.com):
Kid (キッド Kiddo?) is a swashbuckling, gritty thief with a penchant for radical action and serves as Chrono Cross main heroine. In the English version, she speaks with an Australian or British Cockney accent and includes many colloquialisms, such as "bugger" and "mate", from those dialects in her speech.
Chrono Cross (クロノ・クロス, Kurono Kurosu) Wikipedia:
[It] is a 1999 role-playing video game developed and published by Square for the PlayStation video game console. It is set in the same world as Chrono Trigger, which was released in 1995 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Chrono Cross was designed primarily by scenarist and director Masato Kato, who had help from other designers who also worked on Chrono Trigger, including art director Yasuyuki Honne and composer Yasunori Mitsuda. Nobuteru Yūki designed the characters of the game.
The story of Chrono Cross focuses on a teenage boy named Serge and a theme of parallel worlds. Faced with an alternate reality in which he died as a child, Serge endeavors to discover the truth of the two worlds' divergence. The flashy thief Kid and many other characters assist him in his travels around the tropical archipelago El Nido. Struggling to uncover his past and find the mysterious Frozen Flame, Serge is chiefly challenged by Lynx, a shadowy antagonist working to apprehend him.

Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space is a free-to-play role-playing video game developed and published by Wright Flyer Studios. The game features the collaboration of writer Masato Kato and music composer Yasunori Mitsuda who both worked on Xenogears and the Chrono series of role-playing games. Another Eden involves time travel elements, where players explore different points in time. It was released for Android and iOS in Japan in April 2017 and worldwide in 2019. Ports for Microsoft Windows and Nintendo Switch are also under development.
It’s available for PC, Windows, Mac through Steam.
To me, personally, Another Eden is the best mobile JRPG game to date. I am currently playing it on iOS with an iPad.
