(POST PATCH UPDATED SETTINGS LISTED BELOW)

Hello everyone, with Cities Skylines 2 officially out for the last day, there has been a lot of negativity regarding its release due to the poor frame rate performance and rightly so.
So, this is not a play through, however this is more of a graphical fix aside from what Colossal Order has recommended.
Now bear in mind this may not work for everyone but it should work for a grate deal.
Went from 20fps in main menu to 200.
Went from 35-40FPS at 1440 to averaging between 75-100+ in game
Once building started up averaged about 80FPS which is still good with most settings on high.

My Specs:
Ryzen 7 5800X @ 4.6 all cores
PNY RTX 3070 8GB
32 GB DDR4 @ 3200Mhz

New settings post 1st patch under (Advanced tab)
With this I'm averaging between 55 1% low and 90FPS generally around 70 on the stable side.
Resolution: 2560x1440x165 (change to your specs)
Depth of field Disabled
Upsampiling filter AMD
Min resolution % scale :80% (at 75% signs are mostly clear and readable, adjust to your liking, game does take FPS hit higher you go but still playable)
AA Quality: Custom
AA Method: TAA (This seems to fix rendering issues and jaggedness)
AA Quality Medium (High if your system can handle it)
Multisampling: 4x
cloud settings (Volmetric boxes ticked off)
Fog quality settings: Enabled (haven't noticed an FPS difference with Enabled or disabled)
Volmetric quality settingsL Disabled
Ambiant occulsion quality: Medium
Reflections quality: Medium
Depth of field quality: Disabled
Motion blur:Disabled
Shadow quality: Medium (Set to High if your system can handle it)
Terrain quality settings: High
