Welcome to Bear Claw Bay! We have a lot of snow for you to frolic in. You'll come for the snow but you'll stay for the -40 windchill... and because your car won't start.

Today were dealing with more traffic problems. For those of you who missed the previous videos I'm running the city with the small business enthusiast and Big business Benefactor polices on. These Greatly increase tax income from commercial zones (as tax income is apparently a sales tax) however they also double the demand for goods and as a result the traffic.

Which is one of the reasons my city has been blessed with so many traffic problems :)

Today however were dealing with a rather epic traffic Jam that stretches all the way from the new High density residential area, across our massive highway bridge all the way to our industrial area.

I've identified several problem area's for traffic and today were going to be revamping this area for more efficient traffic flow.
