An epic technique for organising your schedules, your buses, your driver and save you time. I received a fantastic suggestion in a comment recently and now its time to try it out. In this I redo my schedule and organise my buses to try and accommodate my drivers and not over work them to allow for a more reliable schedule that can survive for multiple days and is easily fixable.
In this video I talk through and demonstrate this technique and have high hopes for the future. Further advances on this technique will be made in future videos but this already has some great new ideas that are worth implementing, even if its not the full scheduling plan that I went for.
