Here is my guide on doing the City of Um Medium Tasks Guide. They may not be in the most optimal order, but its a pretty easy task set, so quite a quick one.

Tasks:
1. Make a Necromancy potion while in the City of Um.
2. Upgrade a piece of Death Skull or Deathwarden equipment to tier 50.
3. Craft some flesh runes.
4. Use the defensive ability Reflect while the Lesser Bone Shield incantation is active.
5. Use the Command Skeleton Warrior ability.
6. Teleport to the City of Um using the City of Um Teleport incantation.
7. Use any alteration glyph in a ritual.
8. Complete a communion ritual using a memento.
9. While in Varrock Sewers, have either a Putrid Zombie or Vengeful Ghost conjured while fighting the matching creature.
10. Make an enemy apply Bloated to at least 2 targets on death.
