Justin's barbarian problem continues. The encampments have been cleared for the most part between Justin and Miles, but there are some encampments overseas to deal with.
Rich laments his current position and gives a recap of his moves thus far after looking back at the tape. Moving his settler one space seems to have lost him the race for Silvermoon City. Rich hopes for support at some point from the two players to the west. In the meantime, nothing but sadness.
Miles sets up his fourth city, the first country to do so. He continues to expand with no challenges in the area.
JJ establishes his samurai warriors and is arming his side of the border. Rich is doing the same. The river separating the two might turn red again soon!
